Shipping/postage of LORE textiles occurs within Australia. We do not ship internationally. Your items will reach you within 10 working days and be delivered via Australia Post.

If you require a full refund for your online order, please contact us via email at whichway@lorefabricsandfashion with proof of purchase. You will then be prompted to return the item to our postal address.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges through our online returns process, unworn and undamaged items sent back to our post office box will be processed for a refund. If you require a new size or colour, you can simply place a new order online.
